2-Ingredient Yogurt Jello (Creamy, High-Protein Snack!)

Creamy, light, and packed with protein—this no-bake 2-ingredient yogurt jello is the easiest snack you’ll make all week.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or Greek)
  • 1 packet flavored gelatin (strawberry, lemon, raspberry)
  • Optional: 2 tsp unflavored gelatin + 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

1. Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth.

2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water per instructions. Let cool slightly.

3. Pour gelatin into yogurt while whisking until fully combined.

4. Transfer to a dish or mold and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

5. Slice and serve with fresh fruit or granola if desired.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free yogurt and agar-agar for a vegan version.
  • Layer different gelatin flavors for fun stripes.
  • Best served cold. Keep covered to prevent drying out.
