Churro dessert tacos are cinnamon-sugar coated tortilla shells filled with creamy, fruity, or chocolatey fillings—perfect for brunch, parties, or anytime you want a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • Cooking oil or spray
  • 1 cup whipped cream or topping
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce or pudding
  • Optional: berries, Nutella, nuts

Instructions

1. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.

2. Fry or bake tortillas folded into taco shapes until crisp.

3. Brush warm shells with melted butter.

4. Roll each in cinnamon sugar until coated.

5. Let shells cool upright to hold shape.

6. Fill with whipped cream, banana slices, and chocolate.

7. Top with berries, sauce, or your favorite toppings.

8. Serve immediately.

  • Baked shells are crisp but lighter than fried.
