These churro waffles are crispy, sweet, and coated in cinnamon sugar—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter (plus more for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

4. Preheat waffle iron and grease lightly.

5. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook 3–5 minutes until golden.

6. While warm, brush waffles with melted butter.

7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish, then coat waffles generously.

8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
