This Cranberry Orange Glazed Turkey Breast is the perfect festive centerpiece for smaller holiday gatherings. It features a juicy, moist boneless turkey roast coated in a sticky, tangy-sweet cranberry orange glaze. Naturally gluten-free and ready in under two hours.

For the Turkey:

1 (3-4 lb) Boneless turkey breast, skin-on (netted or tied)

2 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Dried thyme

1 tsp Dried rosemary

1 tsp Kosher salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

For the Glaze:

12 oz (340g) Fresh or frozen cranberries

1 cup (240ml) Fresh orange juice

1 tbsp Orange zest

1/2 cup (100g) Brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup (60ml) Maple syrup

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ground ginger

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Pat turkey dry and tie with twine if needed.

2. Mix butter, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub all over the turkey.

3. Place turkey on a rack in a roasting pan. Add 1 cup water to the pan bottom. Roast for 45-60 minutes.

4. Combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a saucepan. Simmer 10-15 minutes until thickened.

5. Remove turkey, brush generously with glaze, and return to oven.

6. Roast for another 30-45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

7. Rest for 20 minutes loosely tented with foil before carving.

Notes

Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

Make-Ahead: The glaze can be made 3 days in advance and reheated.
