Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 23 tablespoons oat flour (or mashed banana)
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based milk (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix protein powder and oat flour.

2. Add nut butter and stir until thick.

3. If needed, add plant-based milk to adjust texture.

4. Fold in chocolate chips or any mix-ins.

5. Scoop and eat immediately or chill for later.

Notes

  • You can substitute oat flour with almond flour.
  • Adjust sweetness with maple syrup if using unsweetened protein powder.
