Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • Optional: nutritional yeast, nutmeg, steamed veggies

Instructions

1. Add cottage cheese, garlic, parmesan, lemon juice, and broth to a blender.

2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Warm the sauce in a pan over low heat—do not boil.

4. Cook pasta according to package directions.
