Instructions

1. Crush 2 Weetabix biscuits into a small bowl or jar.

2. Add yogurt and milk. Stir gently to mix.

3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

4. Layer with banana slices or mash directly into the base.

5. Top with nut butter, fruit, or seeds.

6. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
