Tahini iced coffee is a smooth, nutty twist on a classic summer drink—rich in flavor, dairy-free, and totally customizable.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold brew or strong chilled coffee
  • ¾ cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (runny)
  • 12 teaspoons maple syrup or date syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Brew your coffee and chill if not already cold.

2. Combine tahini, coffee, milk, syrup, and vanilla in a blender.

3. Add a few ice cubes and blend until creamy.

4. Pour into a glass filled with ice.

5. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or sesame if desired.

Notes

  • Use frozen coffee cubes for a stronger, less watery blend.
  • Shake ingredients in a sealed jar if a blender isn’t available.
  • Adjust sweetness based on your preferred roast.
