Blue Raspberry Vanilla Coke Float is a fizzy, creamy dessert drink made with blue raspberry syrup, Vanilla Coke, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry.
1 tablespoon blue raspberry syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup Vanilla Coke, very cold, plus more as needed
Whipped cream, optional
Blue sprinkles or sanding sugar, optional
1 maraschino cherry, optional
Ice, optional
1. Chill a tall glass for 10 minutes if time allows.
2. Add blue raspberry syrup to the bottom of the glass.
3. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
4. Slowly pour in half of the cold Vanilla Coke, tilting the glass to control foam.
5. Add the second scoop of vanilla ice cream.
6. Pour in the remaining Vanilla Coke slowly, leaving room for foam.
7. Top with whipped cream, blue sprinkles, and a cherry if desired.
8. Serve right away with a straw and a long spoon.
Pour the soda slowly so the float does not overflow.
Use regular Coca-Cola with 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup if you do not have Vanilla Coke.
For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free vanilla ice cream and dairy-free whipped topping.
Add a small squeeze of lime if the drink tastes too sweet.
