Ingredients

Scale

2 generous scoops high-quality vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup peach puree (fresh or good quality store-bought)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 can (12 oz / 355 ml) Coca-Cola, well chilled

Fresh peach slices, for garnish

2 maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Chill two tall glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes.

2. Place one generous scoop of vanilla ice cream into the bottom of each glass.

3. Pour 1/4 cup peach puree over the ice cream in each glass.

4. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to each glass.

5. Slowly pour the chilled Coca-Cola over the top, allowing foam to rise.

6. Garnish with fresh peach slices and a maraschino cherry.

7. Add a long spoon and striped straw. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right away for maximum fizz and best texture.

Use full-fat vanilla ice cream for slower melting and richer mouthfeel.
